We run a highly professional company with an onsite management team dedicated to supporting our drivers’ success. We hold our managers accountable to support drivers and expect them to exhibit the highest level of professionalism. That is why we hire only the highest caliber drivers we can find—we are highly selective.

We are looking for professional, competent, and hard-working individuals with a great attitude to join our team. We have worked hard to build a team atmosphere where drivers help each other every day. Being a team player with the other drivers is essential. A willingness to cover extra shifts on your days off is a bonus. Extra shifts will be mandatory during Peak Season (mid-November to January 1) and weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be assigned during peak.

We offer 1-week paid vacation upon hiring and an additional week every year for the first three years. Vacation cannot be taken during “peak season” generally defined as the week before Thanksgiving until New Years.
