AVP Driver JOB POSITION
AVP (Alternative Vehicle Program) Drivers use their own personal vehicle for deliveries.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a FedEx Independent Contractor running both Pickup & Delivery (Delivery Vans) and Linehaul (Tractor Trailers) operations in Pennsylvania. We run a highly professional company with an onsite management team dedicated to supporting our drivers’ success. We hold our managers accountable to support drivers and expect them to exhibit the highest level of professionalism. We take tremendous pride in making the company a great place to work and understand that our drivers are what make us such a great company. That is why we hire only the highest caliber drivers we can find—we are highly selective.
We are looking for professional, competent, and hard-working individuals with a great attitude to join our team’s Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) where drivers use their own personal vehicle to deliver FedEx packages to residential locations.
The more packages you can fit in your vehicle, the more money you can make. SUV’s and minivans are great! (Passenger vehicles only, no cargo/commercial vehicles; Pickup trucks are ok if you have a lockable cap). Your vehicle must be no more than 15 years old.
Get paid for each stop you deliver to and every mile you drive. We even pay for your gas (based on average of 25mpg)! Work up to 30 hours per week.
Average pay will be about $25/hour (plus gas) depending on how efficiently you work

Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- No serious criminal convictions
- No history of drug abuse
- No serious driving offenses in past 10 years
- Reliable vehicle no older than 15 years
